Tuition Agreement
This page is a tuition agreement for Chabad Hebrew School. The agreement explains the tuition fees, payments plans and policies. Please read it through carefully and sign it on the signature line below. The form and signed tuition agreement along with full payment or plan must be submitted to the school office before any child will be permitted to attend classes. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A PAYMENT PLAN, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER YOUR CC INFORMATION HERE, RATHER REACH OUT TO US TO DO IT MANUALLY.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available upon request. No child will be turned away for lack of funds. Scholarship and payment plan agreements must be signed prior to your child beginning Hebrew School.

No synagogue membership required!

Ages 5-13 - $800 per child. Fee includes $100 books & supplies fee.

I agree to take care of payment, plan and or scholarship agreement prior to starting Hebrew School. I understand that Hebrew School tuition is not a monthly or class-based fee, but a one-time charge, which, as a courtesy, is offered to be made in installments. Chabad does not refund tuition for classes missed. I agree that in the event of an emergency, Chabad Hebrew School has my permission to arrange for any necessary first-aid or care. Chabad Hebrew School has my permission to use my child's photo in its publicity materials. I have completed the Form and agree to pay any balance according to the terms of agreement outlined above.
